What XpressPurge Can Do
- Answer "What are you sick of seeing?" on the welcome page in your own words — XpressPurge turns it into Smart topics, kits, and keyword rules (with an optional one-time 14-day Pro trial you start explicitly on the Done step, on builds that ship the Smart Feed model).
- Hide posts by keyword, phrase, account handle, link domain, media type, or engagement.
- Boost, snooze, or show-only matching posts (Pro).
- Organize context with feed modes (Free: one mode; Pro: unlimited).
- Use Always apply sticky rules that run on every mode.
- Use topic kits for whole categories of noise or signal — all 17 built-in kits are free and unlimited.
- Use the flame menu for quick rules or See less like this (Pro Smart Feed).
- Train reviewed Smart Rules from local feed history after opt-in.
- See local analytics for hidden posts (today + 7 days free; 14d/30d ranges Pro).
- Export/import configuration; optional browser sync for rules and feed-mode metadata (Pro).
- Activate Pro with a one-time code or Restore this browser with the checkout email (no password account).
Local-First Privacy Model
Rules, feed modes, settings, hidden-log entries, and analytics stay in your browser by default.
Keeping recent posts on device is opt-in (Settings → Local data: "Store recent posts on this device"). Browser sync never includes stored posts, hidden-log previews, analytics events, embeddings, or learned Smart Feed examples.
Free filtering needs no account. Pro checkout and claim happen on the website; the extension stores only the entitlement needed for this browser.
